Packcompare

Two offers · a common measure

Compare the unit price. Keep the total in view.

Enter the price and net content of two similar packages. Packcompare puts them on the same kilogram, litre or item basis, including multipacks of identical contents.

Your prices, your quantities, one currency. No retailer lookup or account.

Enter both offers

Use the total price for all containers in each offer, in the same currency. Changing the comparison type does not convert the numbers.

Offer A

For one ordinary package, use 1 container. For an offer of six identical bottles, use 6 containers and the amount in each bottle.

Offer B

For one ordinary package, use 1 container. For an offer of six identical bottles, use 6 containers and the amount in each bottle.

Enter the net amount in each identical contained unit.

Price and amount: plain unsigned decimals, up to 6 fractional places and 1,000,000,000. Amount must be positive; price may be zero. Containers: whole count 1–1,000,000. Full bounds.

Keep the current comparison

Editing any input clears old results and disables exports until you compare again. Exact fractions are retained in the local JSON and notes.

A common basis

750 g and 1 kg are normalized before comparison. Mass, volume and item counts stay separate; no density or quality equivalence is guessed.

Multipacks included

For 6 × 250 mL bottles, total content is 1.5 L. The price field is the price of the whole six-bottle offer.

Two different totals

A lower price per unit can still require a larger payment at checkout. Both whole-offer prices remain visible beside the rates.
